Postcards are mailed to various neighborhoods twice a month .Intero advertises in many real estate magazine and publishes their own luxury real estate magazine.

Your property will be promoted the entire time it is for sale. I also add extra promotion for upcoming open houses and special events concerning the listing. I consistently update the target audience and use the information provided from Facebook analytics to reach the most likely buyers.
